I have been a patient of Gray's Inn Medical Centre (GMIC) since 2006.
I have been very lucky to have the doctor as my medical advisor for the last 5-6 years.
I have found the doctor approachable, responsive and helpful. The doctor has listened to my (rare! but) various complaints over the years, is very reassuring and provides the appropriate medical advice and treatment.
Whilst the NHS does not always receive good feedback on its GP surgeries, I don't think GIMC falls within this aura of negativity. The single drawback (like the majority, if not all, NHS surgeries,) is the difficulty in getting appointments. On this issue, the polite and courteous receptionists at GMIC should also be mentioned - they try very hard to accommodate patient appointments although this is not an easy task at all.
I would definitely recommend GMIC. - Joanne
