What I liked

All the staff were pleasant and reassuring making the experience of a Pacemaker insertion as little stressful as possible. I cannot speak too highly of the dedication of all the staff

What could be improved

To reduce further the risks of contamination and in the interest of the more poorly patients visiting hours could be more limited and with no more than two visiters per patient
