"Walk in centre"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

Hi, firstly I would like to comment on the excellent care and treatment I got today (Sunday 24th July) at the mri walk in centre. I was seen by a nurse after I hurt my neck. The nurse really was very kind and approachable, and provided me with excellent advice. I tried to find an email to contact the mri hoping that you would be able to provide personal feedback but I couldn't find an address. I secondly would like to add that it's really sad that when you type 'nhs compliments' into Google, reams of links to making complaints come up but none for positive feedback. Such a shame as it's an amazing resource and many people clearly don't see how lucky we are to have it.

Thank you for taking the time to post your kind comment on the NHS Choices website. We were pleased to read that you had a positive experience in the Walk-In-Centre at the Manchester Royal Infirmary. We were especially pleased to read that you found our staff members kind and approachable. We aim to provide all of our patients with a high standard of care and we are happy that you felt you received a service which reflects this aim. It is always good to receive feedback which highlights the hard work of our staff. We will pass your feedback on to the Head of Nursing for the Division of Medicine and Community Services so that it can be shared with the team in the walk in centre.

The Patient Experience Team.
