Excellent experience today with the registrar in Immunology clinic, whose name I'm afraid I can't recall.
Thorough history taking, clear explanation and he asked me, if my blood test results were normal, would I prefer a letter rather than going back to clinic - of course I said yes I would! Off to pathology for blood tests, no time to take a ticket - straight into the room to have bloods taken!
From parking the car to leaving the car park was an hour and 15 minutes - what more could you ask for?
