"Physiotherapists were polite, courteous and listened well"

After three visits tot he Physiotherapy department I was then referred for an appointment with the extended scope practitioner for a second opinion, which was also held at Penrith Hospital. On all visits the appointments were on time. The waiting areas were clean and tidy and the treatment rooms were large enough with chairs and somewhere to put items if clothing that had to be removed. The physiotherapist, extended scope practitioner and student physiotherapist that treated me were polite, courteous, listened and explained things very well. They also had a sense of humour. First class.
