My daughter was brought by ambulance to accident and emergency where the staff were caring and professional. After X-rays she was admitted to an observation ward and I was contacted. She was under observation overnight and in the morning we were telephoned to be made aware of her condition. When I arrived on the ward she was being well cared for, breakfast was provided and she was being looked after very well. She was provided with a sling for her dislocated arm and additional scans were taken. Staff were friendly and professional at all times. I also observed excellent care of the elderly lady in the bed opposite to my daughter with staff making sure that she had food to take home with her in case her carers were late or missed a meal time. After she had left the bed and surrounding areas were cleaned scrupulously. My daughter was was allowed home after the consultant had checked her scans. As ever our experience of the NHS and QAH was excellent, thank you. I am completing this form as my daughter is not yet 100%
