"Parking issue"

About: Spire Regency Hospital

Mother visits the hospital regularly and on this particular day we decided to car share on the day of her appointment, only to be met by 3 rude and slightly itimidating members of staff, checking the car and hiding round the corner, unprofessional to say the least. After a text from my mum once she arrived at the hospital stating that a passive aggressive note had been stuck on the car I returned to remove the car off site, and another member of staff approached me. This experience has really put me and my mother off ever driving to the clinic again. All it would have taken was some common sense and communication from the staff to myself for them to understand the situation. If there is a parking issue maybe this should be addressed instead of jumping to conclusions.
