My daughter came in for a simple knee operation last week and, although she is 16 it was her first time and the staff were great with her and me. They treated her like an adult but kept me informed. The consultant was extremely polite, courteous and talked to her like an adult. From referral to the waiting list letting us know the process was smooth and efficient. Thank you.
