My grandson is in gosh right now.yesterday my daughter phoned in tears, the consaultant had reduced her to tears,an not for the first time,in front of all the other mums on the ward.there is still no plan for the long term,an she was told if she was not happy,to go elsewhere.my grandson is 5yrs old,an has had health problems since he was born.you would think by now, that gosh would be working with my daughter,an not against her.we had so many consaultant changes within the first 3yrs,and cancelled appointments, with no hand over from one person to the next.nobody wants to take responsibility for his care,an most of the time calls are not returned.its really not helpfull,in a already stressfull situation to be told don't cry, your upsetting your child, your being a bad mum.it was not said to her,it was shouted.i feel like this nightmare is never going to end.no one chooses to be the parent of a sick child, but when they are they deserve to be listened to.
"Rude consaultant,no plan,shouting at a parent..."
