I attended the pre-assessment unit yesterday,I was there for two hours in the unbearable heat. When I asked the staff why wasn't the A/C on? I was very surprised by their answers they all said they didn't know they had it !! ( and they had only been there two months) I pointed out they had. I was going to complaint about the A/C not working. But now I am wondering if all it needs is someone to switch it on? Please send someone to this unit to see if it just needs to be switched on?
