"Changing my babies bum"

About: Ashford Hospital

My baby had a feed and I needed to change her bum and one of the staff said that I couldn't change my babies bum there because of infections yet there wasn't a baby changing space for me to change her bum!! That is wrong would they like it if they was in poo underwear till they got home no so why should my baby!!!

We are really sorry to hear about your experiences at Ashford Hospital. In case you need baby changing facilities again in the future, there are some located in the main outpatients department. We are sorry that the member of staff you encountered obviously did not know this and was unable to direct you.
