"Awful"

6 months pregnant with twins and sat at the entrance waiting to be seen by a nurse. 2hrs later and i feel even worse. Refused to be seen by obstetrician so its 6hr wait to be seen by someone who will probably have to refer me to obstetrician anyway because of high risk pregnancy and complications. My experience here is absolutely disappointing! The care is appaling and the staff are rude. The system here doesnt work and it's disgusting that I am pregnant and in pain and no one here to help.
