I was admitted twice over the period of one week and I was happy with the handling of my health because: there seemed to to be enough staff; the staff were well trained; the staff cared about my diagnosis and recovery; staff cared about my well being; each step was well explained; more than once, the doctors seemed to go out of their way to get me tested quickly and thoroughly; staff apologised if they thought they had taken a wrong turn. There was an A&E doctor who was very clear about my confusing results. This doctor was excellent and spoke to the consultant on the ward in front of me so that I knew they had the same information. A junior doctor made it their mission to organise a CT scan so that my diagnosis could move forward. Every member of staff took time to look after me.
"Excellent and thorough care"
