What I liked

is for your files to go to the ward you are going to be put on, also for the nurse and doctors to know no when you have had your tables instead of telling you they have gave them you when they have not

What could be improved

all wards should be like 24,i was put on this ward after i had been put on some not to nice wards all the staff new what they was doing has soon has you are there,the nurses and doctors on this ward are go caring and understanding which what you need when you are 77 so thank you to the staff on ward 24 for such a warm and caring stay

Thank you. We are absolutely delighted you had such a good experience on Ward 24 and will ensure this feedback is passed onto the teams who will be really pleased to receive your comments. We are currently working closely with our ward staff in all areas and learning from areas of excellence such as Ward 24 to ensure these high standards are common place for all our patients.
