"I had the misfortune to be treated there"

I am not surprised to read such negative comments about the Hergest Unit. I had the misfortune to be treated there and they were appalling. There have been numerous complaints about the Unit, a number of very critical inspection reports and a number of deaths associated with the Unit. I have a close friend with clinical depression who was treated so badly there that he now no longer bothers to ask for help.  

The place is a disaster zone and its problems are well known to the Welsh Government. It is a disgrace that it has not been closed down.
