"I was made to feel I mattered"

About: Alexandra Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I was admitted to the Alexandra Hospital for an operation on my Bladder. I had suffered with this for 19 years after being treated like a freak by the first Specialist I saw about 19 years ago and after that not having the courage to go back until everything got out of control and I could no longer cope with it.

From the day I first saw Mr Lancashire he made me feel that I did matter and I did not have to suffer this. I would just like to say that my treatment was impeccable by both Mr Lancashire and his Team.

I feel that people are quick making complaints but rarely give compliments and would like to thank them all for giving me back control of my body.

Kind Regards to you All
