"Poor communication on Clementine B ward"

(as a parent/guardian),

Call bells unanswered. Elderly patients told to soil their pad and not taken to toilet.

One registrar for my daughter was excellent but another was rude no bedside manner and talked down to us. Not responsive. No information shared.
