I was due in for treatment but felt I would have to cancel due to anxiety and my support letting me down. When I called to cancel the staff at StMarys did everything they possibly could to help me get the treatment I needed. They acted as my support system and made scheduling changed etc to accommodate my mental health issues . They communicated with me several times to check everything was ok and to reassure me . On the day I spoke with eight members of staff .All treated me with respect, dignity , professionalism and kindness. My heartfelt thanks to all at StMarys for getting me through this tough time .
