"Cancelled Appointment"

After months of waiting My wife had here appointment confirmed when she called on Tuesday the 20th July. we arrived on 21st July 9-15 am to be told that it had been cancelled after it had been confirmed But she was not informed. This is not good enough Stop Using Patients Like The Are Lumps Of

Meat and start treating them like human beings. MY Wife is in so much pain.

Please do not tell us to go to PALS they are not fit for purpose.
