"Eye operation couldn't have gone smoother"

I went to St James' yesterday for a squint operation, I must say the service that I've received from my first assessment in April, to the operation yesterday couldn't have been higher. Everyone that I met was a delight and reassuring.. When I turned up for my pre op appointment 2 weeks ago I had misread the date and come a day early. Being unable to attend the following day, the member of staff on reception was sure they could arrange for me to be seen there and then. The day of the operation was well planned out, the anaesthesiologist and consultant both spoke with me before hand and explained everything perfectly. I really couldn't recommend the othapedic ward and fantastic staff anymore. Thank you!
