"Disgusted in the doctor's attitude"

About: New Cross Hospital

Visit to neurology after tests.

Was told they not doing anything, if not happy with that go back to GP and go to Stafford where I should be.

My husband asked to speak to someone about a second opinion because we was not happy at the reception, immediately a Sister came out to speak to us.

Their advise was to go back to my GP.

Implying that if we pursued a second opinion through new cross it would be done by the consultant who said they were doing nothing and they would tell a second opinion doctor to do the same.

I didn't ask for new cross that was the appointment I was given and I think they will find that Cannock comes under new cross anyway.

I will go back to my GP and I will pursue my complaint about the vile consultant I saw at new cross today.

26 years ago I had my daughter at new cross and was full of praise for them after a troublesome pregnancy and until last year when my daughter was pregnant I had never been back.

My daughter had a troublesome pregnancy and her doctor and the anti natel team was brilliant.

The staff on the delivery unit and postnatal side were awful.

The sad part is that the worst treatment and appalling attitudes comes from the so called senior staff, their understaff, nurses etc just seem like they have been beat down to the floor. In my opinion to work in a job where you are frontline to people that are ill, no matter the severity of the illness, you have to care and treat people with respect first and foremost.

I doubt you will allow this to be printed, but you most definitely will here from me again.

It is about time you removed the people from your hospital that cannot treat people with respect.
