Today I visited the urology department at the

Corbett Hospital. I was having a cystoscopy. The staff were so kind to me and extremely helpful. The staff nurse who did the cystoscopy was brilliant - so professional in their job and this made me feel very relaxed and confident. It was a painless procedure and over very quickly. My consulatant then came to see me and told me the results. What a great service . So many people criticise the NHS but I cannot praise you enough at the Corbett for the care that was given to me today. A big thank you to you all in the urology dept.

It is wonderful to hear how impressed you were with the care you received from our nursing staff and that you felt relaxed throughout your visit. Making sure our patients feel fully informed about their care is really important to us, so it is good to know that your consultant kept you up to date after your procedure.
