"Fantastic staff"

I came into a&e today and the receptionist were very efficient, the nurses were beyond lovely and understanding. The doctor I saw was fantastic and unbeat and fully explained what they were doing and thinking. From somebody that is very afraid of needles the whole experience was the best it possibly could be. Thank you for helping me today and putting my mind at ease. We waitied about 2 hours to be seen and blood results were in within 1.5 hours. They were even were giving out free ice lollies so we could stay cool. Thank you
