My experience has been utterly appalling on nearly every occasion. The acting Chief Executive took nearly 4 months to respond to my complaints, well outside what they promise, and then it was a complete degradation of responsibilities.
Last Saturday I turned up for my appointment and was told I had cancelled, an absolute lie. On Monday I got a letter dated Thursday that they had changed it. Utterly disgusting and I want to go anywhere but this place, no confidence in anything they say or do.
