"NOTHING, they treated me and other ..."

About: Ealing Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

NOTHING, they treated me and other people on the ward with no care what so ever, they don't care.

What could be improved

Everything, give people with the passion for the job jobs, the staff are on another planet, the worst experience of my life, i have nightmares to this day.

Anything else?

I went for my 12 week scan and the woman doing the scan was rude, she was so mean and cruel and more than anything hartless when she told me my baby had died. I was then transferred to a ward and told i would been taken into theater after about an hour or so as i had not eaten since day before so i was ready and the op is quick, i was in bits i just lost my baby, cut a long story short they kept me waiting all day and night, made my partner leave me and then put pills in me at 10pm and said i would go down next, 2 hours later i stumbled through the ward in tears and pain and asked what the hell was going on, the nurse said the baby ws coming cause of the pills and the fact they had not taken me down yet was why i was now in so much pain, they took me down at 2am in the morn, dragged me through the dark wards on my own and when i came back the nurse on duty was horrific, i needed to go toilet and knowing i just came out of op she told me to walk and walked of, i didnt make it and bled all over the ward, i was in pain and very uncomfortable, another nurse helped me and the next morning m blood from 3am that night was still all over the floors, i told the nurses and it was not cleaned, i discharged myself the next afternoon at about 2pm and the blood was still on the floor. My grandad also died in this hospital and it breaks my hart to think he was in there for his last few weeks cause 1 night still haunts me, i might add there were people screaming for help all night and nurses laughed and joked about leaving them.
