"One Very Grateful Patient"

I had the opportunity to sample at first hand on April 14th the excellent care offered my everybody involved with this amazing unit. The care I received is second to none and we are so lucky to have a facility like this in this area. My scheduled admission for corrective surgery was handled with total efficiency. My Surgeon is absolutely outstanding and we were talking to each other during the 5 1/2 hours I was being treated on the table. The whole team were ultra professional. On Thames Ward when I was waiting to go into surgery the staff kept me constantly informed of what was happening and any impending delay. After my Surgery, I spent the night on Roding Ward where again I was treated with 100% respect & dignity. I was monitored closely due to the nature of the procedure I had undergone. All the staff were really polite and there was a completely informal atmosphere with First Names used by us all to each other. The food was Delicious, Plentiful and piping hot. Whilst these type of establishments are not ideal because you are poorly, if you are taken there, you can be assured of excellent professional care.Thankyou so much for doing so much for me.
