thank you for your comments regarding Ward 17 at Good Hope Hospital.

I am pleased that you felt you had great care and attention, and as a bonus also got a cracking cup of tea! I will ensure that your kind comments are forwarded to the Ward Nurse Manager, as well as the Matron who will be delighted to share your feedback to all of the Ward 17 Team who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience.

I hope my actions are acceptable and thank you once again for taking the time to provide your comments, patient feedback is extremely important to us.
