"A and E or not."

Visited Grantham Hospitals A and E department in July 2016,i got there at around 8.15 am and waited 10 mins at least while the receptionist finished their photo copying while I stood in pain ringing the bell waiting for them,they knew I was there I was only five feet or so away but they wouldn't even look at me they just carried on finishing what they were doing which must have been more important than my stomach pain.The Doctors where good,but it is a very small A and E department not really up to the job.
