"day surgery satisfaction"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

from going in a t7.30am for day surgery to leaving the hospital, I cared for with respect, kindness and information.

I was dreading the day however I was immediately put at ease with one person to deal with each intake, they were brilliant and human! from beginning to end this was a caring service and unlike I have witnessed before for surgery and will be eternity grateful.

the recovery team were great, and again human, treated with dignity and care and being informed whats happening all the way through.

Even introducing a new member of staff taking over when finishing shift.
