About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

I was addmitted late saturday evening with Sepsis, from the moment i arrived the care and attention i received from the admin to nurses was excellent, after the usual settling in, i found the Hospital was ultra modern, clean and airy, the staff friendly, from cleaners to consultants, nothing was any problem, I only had a short stay, but i found that the meals were presented to such like found in a restaurant, hot and nutricious and ample with very good choices, This Hospital is the crown jewel of Northumberland and cannot give enough praise to the staff and administration, Thank you for the care.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Goodness me - how are you feeling?

The sudden onset of sepsis a very frightening experience I'm

imagining ?

I’m pleased that our admin, nursing, cleaning and consultancy teams provided you with such excellent care and attention during your stay with us.

Our teams right across our hospitals have been involved in a fantastic programme of work over the last couple of years to improve our recognition and treatment of sepsis.

We know that by providing the right care in a very timely way, we've been able to save the lives of 158 people who might otherwise have died. It is work that has meant everything to our teams.

I know your comments will be very well received by our hard working staff.

It is also lovely to read your description of our hospital, the design and catering facilities- our Estates and Facilities team will be very pleased to be given a copy of your review.

Take great care of yourself and do please let us know if there's anything you need as you recover ?

Best wishes,

Annie
