"Lovely staff, very efficient"

When needing a GP out of hours this is the place to. All staff are friendly and don't make you feel as if you are wasting their time - this is primarily the GP's. Today I visited to have a leg cast changed as I initially went to QMH (I knew erith xray would be closed) & again needed it changed Sunday so went QEH as I was unsure of staffing at Erith on a Sunday. Today I went to Erith as it's my local UCC and got a bit of a lecture for swapping hospitals, however it is my local ucc and the cast was so loose from QEH I wasn't confident going back there. After my little lecture, I will say the member of staff that done my cast was amazing and very experienced. My leg feels lovely and supported and the best out of 3 in the last week. i will always go back to Erith of it's open and accommodates my needs. Very efficient staff all round.
