"wrong diagnosis"

I visited this centre on 18/07/16 with my son and grandson who was having difficulty breathing had pains in his chest and was unwell. The doctor who examined him said he was having anxiety attack and over reacting. He was given painkillers for pain in his chest and then sent home. on 20/07/16 we visited our doctor on 20/07/16 as Shaun's pain was still there in his chest the doctor of Chainbridge surgery examined shaun and said they needed us to go straight to Queen Elizabeth A/ and E with letter detailing their prognosis on seeing consultant/doctor at Queen Elizabeth hospital x-rays were taken on Shaun's chest which showed his left lung had collapsed and a tube was inserted into his side in order to remedy this he was kept in and I will ring hospital in morning 21/07/16 for update .this is very worrying when a doctor at walk in makes a wrong decision and is not thorough in investigations it needs to be investigating.
