Having very recently moved to Ashton-under-Lyme; I am (happily) amazed at the speed and efficiency with which I have been received and processed. Without exception, every member of staff with whom I have interacted. has been cheerful, courteous, helpful and efficient. My only problematic issue is: why am I the very first person to remark upon these fabulous examples of our NHS working in such an encouraging manner. My sincere thanks to all involved. Tom Lewis.
