"with help I found myself again"

About: West London NHS Trust

(as the patient),

I felt alone and I isolated myself from people because I lost trust and then was saved by my family and the NHS. Then with the help of Dr Morrison and others I found myself again and became a newer version of me. Dr Morrison became very close to me and guided me through the hard times and brought me closer to my family. I cannot thank him enough. Thank you, especially to Dr Morrison and all the staff. God bless you.

Thank you for your kind response which I will share with the Finch Ward staff. I am glad that you have highlighted the support of your family who we recognise are often an invaluable help for our service users recovery. I would also like to recognise the hard work that you as a service user undertook to support your recovery and have such a positive outcome.

Thank you again and all the Ward staff would like to wish you well for the future.
