What I liked

Mostly pleasant staff...

What could be improved

My friend was lying on top of the bedcovers which were totally covered in the excretions from the infection on his leg. Staff did not follow up requests and intravaneous medication was not replenished on time.

Anything else?

Although staff were pleasant they did not appear competent and spent a lot of time laughing and chatting at the nurses station. Despite requesting stronger pain relief, this was not followed up.
