"Excellent care in A&E"

About: Cumberland Infirmary

Very unfortunately, my mum had to attend A&E recently.

The care and attention she received was second to none, despite the department being extremely busy.

My mum was very impressed with the hospital - she has just moved to Cumbria from Salford - and said it compared very favourably with Salford Royal Hospital which used to be her local hospital.

A sincere thank you from us all for the excellent care provided.

I am very sorry that your mum had to attend A&E but thank you for taking the time to leave this positive comment on NHS Choices about the A&E department here at the Cumberland Infirmary.

I am very glad to hear that she found the care and attention to be of such a high standard.

A&E staff do work within a busy in a busy environment but they always ensure that patients feel comfortable and feel at ease.

Thank you for giving us the option to share these comments with the team, I am sure they will be pleased to hear that you’re mum felt well cared for.

I do hope your mum is continuing to enjoy her new location in Cumbria.
