"Podiatry excellence"

I had an appointment today with a podiatrist in your centre and because I was 3 minutes late after fighting on your carpark for 15 minutes they would not see me, but yet you stress how important it is for diabetics to have their feet checked, but on this occasion the podiatrist thought their time keeping was more important than the patient and the staff on the desk just didn't care and gave me a card to make another appointment, what a joke your department is and i'll just go elsewhere instead for better care.
