"Hospital feedback"

About: Lister Hospital

I came to the A&E lister hospital children department today with my child who has sickle cell disease, chromosome 10 delation and global developmental delayed.

I informed them and they're aware of his disabilities especially the sickle cell because when he is in a crisis, it's very bad that he needs to be seen as soon as possible.

I waited for 4hrs before the doctor came to see him which I see it as not right. The only thing I can say is that, the staff were not helpful.

We're sorry Debbie that your recent experience of the children's A&E at the Lister was not as good as we would have wanted.

We would be more than happy to put you in touch with the service's senior nursing team so that you can discuss your concerns with them directly.

If you'd like our help to do this, then just email us at generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net and we'll get it sorted.
