"Couldn't have received better care if I had..."

I had spinal surgery at the Ipswich hospital and I have to say that from the first appointment through to the operation and after care I am highly impressed......every member of staff whatever their role and involvement in my care were extremely professional, caring, informative and respectful......there is no area in which I feel your service could have been improved upon, I hate hospitals, but my stay on Martlesham ward I was made to feel comfortable and cared for at all times....I would like to thank everybody who I came into contact with during my procedure, both before, during and after.....you are all a fantastic credit to not only yourselves but to the NHS and the Ipswich hospital.....thank you so much
