"123 Magic Parenting Programme"

About: Ladybrook Children's Centre

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Before I started 123 Magic I didn't really want to go as I am not really one for going to groups. I don't really like to talk to people about my life and what I am finding hard as a mum. Once I came into the group I straight away was made to feel welcome. After some time of being here it was really good to tell people what I feel and need help with. I am really happy I started 123 Magic I have learnt so much of ways to deal with things. I really find that charts work and bedtime help. Overall I really am happy and would come to more groups a big thank you to all staff for all the help and support

Dear 123magic

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how the 123 Magic group worked for you. Well done on taking that first step into the group. Group based interventions can be even more effective than 1-1 support so I am glad you were able to learn from others and share your experiences.

I am really pleased the group was welcoming - all children's centres strive to make the services as welcoming as possible.

I wish you well in your application of your learning from the course and look forward to seeing you at another activity soon

Karon Foulkes

General Manager
