What I liked
The doctor that saw me was very curtious and polite regardless of the fact he could do nothing for my condition and could not recommend anywhere for urgent treatment within any of the other PCT's within the region
What could be improved
Triage was VERY impersonal with members of the public hearing confidential information when you are booked in. The urgent care centre should be 3 times the size for the amount of patients. Triage MUST be made aware of when area's of A&E go home, i booked in at 4.30pm to be told after a 3 hr 15 min wait that the maxi facial specialists left at 5pm !
Anything else?
When the sister was consulted by the Doctor she basically said tell him to come back on Monday, couldn't tell me any other hospital within the PCT to go to, and then went to the Royal London where i was admitted into a trauma ward over the weekend
