What a load of whingers we have around our NHS and especially the Queens in Romford. My 92 year old relative was admitted as an emergency after a fall and has been treated like royalty!
Her diagnosis (broken leg) was established within 4 hours, the possible treatments explained to her and after she was stabilised surgery was completed within 48 hours. Throughout everything has been explained, staff have been humourous and understanding and she is now on the mend. I do wish the whingers would spend a liitle time finding out what their treatment would cost if they had had to pay privately. For god's sake give the girls and guys in The Queens a chance.
