What I liked
RMH for me was home. From 6th March 2008 to 24th Sept.2008, I only spent 11 nights outside hospital. all the rest I was at Mcelwain children's ward. EVERYONE was wonderful with us. Consultants, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists,psychologists,dieticians, teachers, play specialists,house keeping dept. staff, cooks and kitchen staff ,receptionists, everyone. THANKYOU does not seem enough for what you have done for me. You have given me life again. Thankyou for all the care 24/7,thankyou for your honesty( at all times, even when the situation was difficult), thankyou for the fun,playing and doing crafts in the playroom and the inter-active lessons in the school room. Thankyou cooks for preparing meals and milkshakes at any time of the day for me. Thank you doctors for treating me like a princess.For me Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton is the best hospital in the world.

A bigger schoolroom is badly needed, mostly for adolescent patients studying for their GCE's
