From the moment i reported to theatre reception in the morning to the moment i left a few hours later i was treated extremely well and put at ease by all members of the nursing staff and surgical team. All the team were friendly whilst remaining professional.
Everything was explained to me and as a result i underwent the procedure in a relaxed and calm manner.
I feel very fortunate to have such a great facility on my doorstep. Thank you Queen Vic.....
