"An Excellent Level Of Service And Care On The NHS"

I was recently referred to the rapid access clinic where I saw a very kind and caring Doctor accompanied by a lovely Nurse. Both could see I was anxious and spent the time explaining and reassuring me. I was then referred to the Endoscopy Ward for a procedure and again received the same level of care by the Doctor and Nurses. They all explainied what was going on and gave me lots of information also answering any fears and questions that I had. I really cannot fault the service I received at Darenth Valley Hospital and would very much like to say that you need to judge on your own experience and not be clouded by other peoples negative remarks. I was petrified on both visits yet the wonderful staff all had much compassion and could see I was very nervous.
