Think the title I've given sums it up. Only experienced as an out-patient and really disappointed about the whole experience - and not one to be repeated.

Management needs to take a firm grip on the administration systems operating in the out-patients side of the business as the very least, together with the whole "patient experience", as well as the general housekeeping as far a cleanliness etc go. Being presented with unhelpful admin staff and very poor admin systems leaving patients to make good staff admin errors and also patients to do all the admin work and be pro-active in taking the initiative, grubby and stained seating in out-patients and then bothered by large aggressive flies in a somewhat grubby changing room, isn't to be expected even in an NHS hospital, and most def not in a private one . Not able to recommend this hospital to friends or colleagues and based on my experience I would take some convincing to be a patient there again..
