"Very Poor service"

Had to wait 10hrs in a&e and a further 2 hrs to be admitted. Then told I would have an operation within 2 week after already waiting 9. Then given a letter with a date of the middle of September. This is not 2 weeks unless the hospital is very bad at maths. No explanation was given and no one wanted to talk about it. I understand people are busy but I expected to be treated better that this.
