My son attended A and E on 14th July, with a foot injury sustained on a school trip to New York.
He was triaged, assessed, x rayed and issued with a removable boot plaster all within 2 hrs time.My son is 11, and he was jet lagged and in considerable pain. The staff were friendly, and very kind and very through in their assessments and answered all of our queries.Thank you
