"No time, uncaring and disrespectful"

I have an ongoing medical issue that I attend sessions for outside of my usual gp, but required regular prescription reviews, consultations etc from my gp. Firstly getting an appointment was tricky, if you want to prebook you'll be waiting at least three weeks and if it's not urgent you'll only get a call back which for medication reviews is not appropriate as you need other physical tests doing! The receptionists were often rude and uncaring and I actually overheard them talking about patients and complaining in front of people in the waiting room. One doctor did not seem to care about patient wellbeing, although getting things done quickly, the doctor never asked to see me despite seeing that I was on antidepressants so regular reviews are necessary, belittled me when discussing some symptoms saying they were all in my head and sending prescriptions out to me without even discussing them. I also had a bad appointment with a nurse who made some very inappropriate comments about my medical condition. Although there were a few good members of staff, on the whole avoid if possible!
