About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as a relative),

My mum had to undergo another broncoscopy this morning. She was apprehensive having undergone this procedure before. The staff were all lovely. From the receptionists to Mary, the nurse who took her history and my mum said the nurses who were with her during the procedure along with Dr Dagg were very kind and attentive.

When I collected her just before noon I was so relieved at how bright she was.

Many thanks again Wishaw General. I must add that she was at the Medical Outpatients Dept last week to see Dr Lynas, who was pleasant and organised this test with very clear explanation of procedure and the nurses there(especially the one who drew bloods from my mum)were great as usual.

It is also very nice to receive your comments in relation to your experience whilst having to attend our Outpatients Department with your mother. I have no doubt Dr Lynas and the nursing staff will be pleased to receive your positive feedback.
